RETURNS:
Items purchased online or over the telephone may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery provided they are in the original packaging, have not been used, are in saleable condition and accompanied by a proof of purchase. Any refund or value for exchange that may be granted shall be based on the retail value at which the item was sold and will not include shipping costs. To initialize a request to return an item, please e-mail info@jadesouk.com or call 201-781-5233. Please do not mail back any item until you have first received a confirmation of your request. Returned product should be carefully packed and insured shipping is strongly recommended. Refund not granted for merchandise returned in damaged condition.
RETURN OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
If the merchandise purchased arrives in damaged condition, please provide documentary evidence within 7 days of delivery date. Upon receipt of the evidence of damage, instructions will be sent on how to proceed with a claim for a refund or replacement. Please note that mailing the damaged item back to the seller may be required in order to complete a claim. In such instances, the seller will bear the cost of return shipment.
